New Customer Account Details

We would appreciate it if you would be kind enough to complete this New Customer Account Application Form and return it to us at your earliest convenient time. Once you have returned the form it allows us to set you up on our system and start to produce quotes tailored to your specific requirements.

The minimum order quantity is greatly dependant on the formulation and its complexity, however on a “house” formulation the MOQ equates to 350 bottles of a 60 fill or equivalent to 20,000 capsules / tablets. Our general lead time is normally between 4 to 6 weeks from receipt of order. For any specific formulation a customer requires our MOQ is higher and would equate to a minimum of 50,000 capsules being manufactured and then converted into the preferred filling configurations as outlined by the customer. For customer specific formulations we reserve the right to ship ±10% dependant on the yields during manufacturing

If you are planning to sell outside of the UK / EU and require specific quality accreditations or other documentation, please outline this in the account details form so we can assess your needs and specific requirements further.

For new customers it is our Company Policy to operate on a Proforma Invoice basis and we therefore require full payment for your goods once your order has been agreed and placed onto our system. Unfortunately we are unable to commence manufacture of your products until the payment has cleared.

Please note any prices offered are not inclusive of shipping and any delivery is therefore chargeable. Should you require a shipping service a quotation outlining the costs would be provided for your approval and authorisation before the shipping is arranged.
