In the last few months, Redrose Nutraceutical has invested over £400k in hi-tech machinery to meet the growing demand of the business and ensure that customers are receiving the highest quality product possible.

The total cost of the investment reached nearly £460K after the business purchased two new automatic encapsulation machines and a semi-automatic encapsulation machine.

David Goodings, Managing Director at Redrose Nutraceutical, said: “Following a huge increase in demand after making a wave of new contacts at the White Label Expo earlier this year and also an increase in customer orders thanks to nutraceutical demand worldwide, the next natural step was of course to continue expanding and improving upon our capacity, speed and quality within the factory.

“While we already adhere and maintain strict standards throughout our full manufacturing process, it’s important to us here at Redrose that we are always striving to improve, offering our customers the best possible service from start-to-finish and the highest quality end product.

“The new upgrades will also allow us to continue to offer one of the fastest lead times in the nutraceutical industry, something which we know is very important to our customers.”

Redrose can now produce over five million capsules and tablets a day for its worldwide customers and has now set its sights on achieving a number of new accreditations to build further confidence in the Redrose brand.

David added: “It’s important to us that we listen to our customers and obtain the certifications they need to be able to easily trade and ensure customer confidence.

“After successfully receiving our ISO 2200 last year, we have now acquired our Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) accreditation that we achieved through S.G.S.” and our Kosher accreditation
