What a year to celebrate our 25th anniversary.

At the start of this year we returned, plans at the ready like many other businesses, to make 2020 our best year yet. Granted it wasn’t the year we expected, but despite the challenging circumstances, I’d be tempted to say this has still been a successful year for the full Redrose team.

Now this isn’t just because of enquiries and orders, it comes down to every single effort within the Redrose team, its suppliers and our valued customers over the last few years, who have all worked together and contributed to the high-quality manufacturing facility that we are able to operate today.

We have continued to grow alongside our customers this year and would like to thank our clients both old and new for their unwavering support that makes us so determined to provide the best quality service and the best nutraceutical products possible.

Although this year has been full of twists and turns, one element which has remained consistent is our continuous investment into our state-of-the-art facility. As many of our regular customers know, we pride ourselves on our five unique selling points (USPs) and are always working to improve our service and processes in every department.

This year alone, we’ve invested further in our new production line and also in our quality assurance department, purchasing tablet and capsule counting machines to ensure we are as efficient as possible. In addition to this, we’ve completed a full refurbishment of our head offices and factory breakout areas to allow a clear managed flow of personnel around our facility, with dedicated sanitisation areas throughout.

Speaking of personnel, the hard work and dedication of our entire Redrose team has been simply incomparable this year and I would like to express my sincere thanks and gratitude to everyone. As a group and as individuals we’ve all faced a number of challenges, and despite the ever-changing circumstances, our team has pulled together and continued to deliver high quality products for our customers.

Last but certainly not least, we must send our thanks to our suppliers who have kept us updated every step of the way. Without them, there would be no orders or Redrose products delivered and we cannot wait to continue building upon our supplier relationships in 2021.

As you may have already seen from our articles and social media posts, we are closing our doors earlier this year for the festive period to give our entire team a much-needed break.

From all of us here at Redrose, we would like to wish you and your families a very merry Christmas and we hope that 2021 brings with it many successes and joy for you all.

Best wishes,

David Goodings
