Packaging
Packaging is a key selling point for end users, which is why we offer a wide range of options tailored to you and your target customers. From round bottles and letterbox-friendly packaging to pouches and glass bottles, we keep most packaging options in stock on-site to ensure the best possible lead times for your order.
PACKAGING
Round Bottles
Our round bottles come in a range of different sizes and lid options with glass, HDPE plastic and PET plastic bottles available, as well as environmentally friendly alternatives.
Our production facility is equipped to handle over five million capsules per day on our automated round bottle filling line, which has been specifically engineered by our team to ensure it meets all of our efficiency and quality standards.
The lids we stock on site for our round bottles come in our most popular colours of white, black and silver. These colours can all be mixed and matched with different coloured bottles to suit your preferences.
We hold a large number of colours in stock, but if you’re looking for a specific design, please let our team know and we can work to source these from our trusted partners.
Colour & Size Options
We stock a wide range of various bottles and lids but specific alternative colours and sizes can be requested. We are sometimes restricted and governed by required minimum order quantities and availability of alternative requirements but we will always try to accommodate whatever alternatives a customer requests.

Letter Box Friendly Bottles
In the era of e-commerce, flat postbox-friendly bottles have never been more popular.
All of our sleek space-saving postal boxes are filled on our fully automated production line for this type of bottle, which has capacity to fill upwards of 10K bottles per day.
We hold a wide range of size and colour options on site and a particular benefit often noted by our customers with letter-box friendly bottles, is the labelling space available to add key marketing messages and your branding to both the front and back of the pot.

PACKAGING
Pouches
Letter box and storage-friendly pouches are a popular cost-saving option. Again, like our letter box bottles, there is ample space for product branding and marketing messages.
Please note that pouch packaging may not offer the same shelf life as bottled options, and we always advise considering this when choosing your packaging solution.

Bespoke Packaging Solutions
We work with many established brands that already have packaging which is familiar with their customers. In cases such as this, we work closely with packaging suppliers to ensure that we have the correct quantities sent to our factory for packing, without making an impact on lead time.

Labelling
We can provide labelling on all of our packaged products. Labelling is ultimately the customer’s responsibility, however to ensure your packaging is legally compliant, we can work with your in-house and agency teams to provide all of the technical information needed for you to supply ‘print-ready’ artwork.
In addition to this, we can also connect you with our experienced design partners who can craft eye-catching compliant labels for your products if required.

Contract Packing
Our fully automated production lines are precision engineered and use pharmaceutical grade equipment to provide the safest and most efficient packing for your supplements.
With this in mind, we’re delighted to now offer contract packing as an additional service within our FSSC 22000 and GMP accreditated factory.

PACKAGING
Distribution
When your products are customer-ready, they’ll be sent to our warehousing team to distribute to your chosen fulfilment option. This can be sending your products directly to you, or to fulfilment centres across the country to distribute on your behalf.
We work with a large number of global ecommerce distribution centres and can supply relevant documentation to pass any legislation and compliance requirements.
This includes free Sales Certificates from The Rural Payments Agency and Certificates of Origin from the Chamber of Commerce.
