Position Overview:
As the Maintenance Engineer at Redrose Nutraceuticals, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all production and packaging equipment. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for implementing a preventative maintenance program, troubleshooting machinery issues, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including packing lines, tablet presses and encapsulation machines, to ensure optimal functionality.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement maintenance schedules, conduct regular inspections, and address issues promptly to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operations.
- Emergency Repairs: Respond swiftly to equipment breakdowns, diagnose problems accurately, and execute timely repairs to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Documentation and Reporting: Keep thorough maintenance records, generate equipment performance reports, and log repairs and schedules for tracking. Report any deviations to quality assurance to ensure consistent quality and performance.
- Training: Train staff on safe machinery operation and contribute to improving their knowledge and understanding of equipment capabilities.
- Tooling and Change Parts Management: Oversee storage and maintenance of tooling and change parts, recommend replacements when necessary, and maintain meticulous records to optimize efficiency.
- Safety Compliance and Quality Management: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines during maintenance procedures, identify and mitigate potential hazards, maintain SOP adherence, and uphold quality standards through equipment logbooks and prompt response to deviations.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is desirable
Experience: 3-5 years in maintenance within manufacturing.
Technical Skills: Proficient in troubleshooting and repairs, with expertise in industrial machine components.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in diagnosing equipment issues accurately.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with both teams and vendors.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, ensuring precision in maintenance activities and documentation.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Adherence to Safety Standards: Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and compliance with safety regulations and procedures.

Position Overview:
As a Production Operator at Redrose Nutraceuticals, your primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient and safe production of high-quality nutraceutical products, including setting up machines and running orders as per the production plan, while adhering to stringent quality and safety standards and following company internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing Excellence: Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and G.M.P. standards to ensure the efficient and safe production of nutraceutical products.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality checks and inspections throughout the production process to maintain the highest level of product quality.
- Material Handling: Properly handle and store raw materials and finished products, ensuring accurate inventory management.
- Machine Operation: Operate manufacturing equipment such as blenders, tablet presses, encapsulation machines and packing machines, while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Cleaning and Sanitisation: Regularly clean and sanitize production equipment and work areas to maintain a hygienic manufacturing environment.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate production records, documenting all relevant information and deviations from standard procedures.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with FSSC 22000, Halal, Kosher, and Organic standards, as well as FDA regulations, throughout the production process.
- Safety: Prioritise safety by following safety protocols, identifying, and reporting potential hazards, and participating in safety training programs.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Technical education or certification in manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
Basic computer proficiency and adaptability to the company database/systems in place.
Knowledge of G.M.P. and FSSC 22000 standards.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a regulated and controlled manufacturing environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy materials when required.

Position Overview:
As the Customer Support Coordinator at Redrose Nutraceuticals, you’ll oversee supplier relations, manage customer orders, contribute to production planning, and prepare quotes. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll coordinate supplier communication, order processing, quote preparation, and ensure seamless integration of customer requirements into production planning processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supplier Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, maintaining positive relationships, communicating order requirements, and promptly resolving any issues or discrepancies to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Customer Order Management: Oversee the processing of customer orders, including order entry, inventory checks, and production planning, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to meet customer expectations.
- Production Planning Support: Collaborate with production planning teams to integrate customer order information into production schedules, ensuring alignment with inventory levels, manufacturing capacity, and delivery timelines.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize processes related to supplier management, order processing, and production planning, implementing enhancements to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other teams to communicate order status updates and ensure alignment of production activities with customer expectations.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or related field preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
Problem-Solving: Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and accuracy.
Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of product/service offerings and industry trends is a plus but not essential.
