The last few weeks have been an extremely challenging period for us all and as we continue to navigate through this unchartered time, I wanted to give a personal update from the company.
As you’ll have seen in our earlier blogs and social media updates, we are classed as a food manufacturer and our items are therefore classed as ‘essential.’ Whilst we have always maintained the highest possible standard of cleaning and sanitisation, we have taken numerous additional precautions to ensure that we’re protecting our staff, customers and the products we manufacture.
We have received unprecedented demand for our Vitamin C and Vitamin D supplements over the last few weeks and whilst we’d like to assure you that it’s business as usual within the factory, we have been experiencing delays on the delivery of some raw materials.
The majority of our orders will still be arriving within our 4-5 week lead-time and we are continuing to work overtime and recruit additional staff to cope with demand.
That being said, we would like to encourage you to continue placing orders and making enquiries. The faster you place your order, the quicker we can assess the raw material requirements for your order, plan it into our production schedule and have your products manufactured and delivered to you.
