Friday 20th December 2024 – Factory closure for the holidays
Thursday 2nd January 2025 – Factory reopens
Please note: We will be operating a skeleton staff over the Christmas holidays to monitor email enquiries, however, the majority of our team will be enjoying a well earned break with their families.
A Note from the Redrose Team
It remains our highest priority to get our customer’s nutraceutical products delivered on time. With this in mind, and to try to ensure that we get all products manufactured, complete and delivered before Christmas, we’re asking customers to place any order requirements before Friday the 8th of November.
We appreciate this is six weeks in advance of the holidays, however in order to guarantee manufacture, we must leave the appropriate time for ordering any additional ingredients or constituent parts of the product you may require. In addition to this, Redrose has seen an increased volume of orders over the last few months, which is why we wanted to highlight the deadline date to all of our customers.
We will always do our best to accommodate any urgent requirements, however after November 8th, we will not be able to make any guarantees to manufacture or deliver before we close on the 20th December.
Like many other factories, we’ll be taking a two week break over the festive period and will close on Friday 20th December 2024 and reopen on Thursday 2nd of January 2025.
With this in mind, if you would like any orders planned into our 2025 production schedule, please speak to your key contact at Redrose who will be happy to arrange this and keep you updated on delivery times.
