Due to increased demand this year, Redrose would like to alert customers that the final date to place orders for Christmas delivery will be 12th November 2021.
We will endeavour to get all orders added to our production schedule and delivered to you before Christmas, however this is still dependent upon the availability of ingredients and other raw materials so unfortunately we cannot offer any absolute guarantees.
Currently, we are managing to maintain the strategic levels of high quality stock and ingredients but as I am sure you will appreciate the supply chains for our ingredients and other raw materials has been difficult to maintain and quite problematic. Our team will however keep you informed if there are any changes to any Orders placed before the 12th November and assurances that we will do everything possible to deliver prior to Christmas..
Redrose will break for Christmas on 17th December 2021 and return to the factory on 3rd January 2022. During this time our emails will be monitored for urgent enquiries.
