As we head into the festive season, we wanted to provide a quick update on our opening times.
Redrose will break for Christmas on December 23rd and return to the factory on January 9th 2023.
Our available capacity is now extremely limited in the run up to Christmas, so if there are any businesses that require stock between now and the 23rd, or early after our Christmas closure, please get in touch with our team as soon as possible. Our current lead times are a bit longer than we usually offer and with our extended shutdown this year we do not want to let anyone down.
We will be processing any requirements on a first come first served basis to ensure that we are fair and consistent with our customers. We will endeavour to get all orders added to our production schedule, however this will be dependent upon the availability of ingredients, raw materials and our capacity. Whilst we always try to hold strategic stocks of ingredients and other raw materials we are encountering some difficulties with the supply chains especially for certain ingredients which is impacting on our projected lead times for some customers.
As much as we endeavour to fulfil every order before Christmas, it is imperative that our team have time to rest and recuperate throughout the Festive holidays. Again, if you would like to order stock and have it delivered before or just after Christmas, please get in contact with us as soon as possible.
During our Christmas break, our emails will be monitored for urgent enquiries, however we will be operating a skeleton staff and will not be processing orders at this time.
