As a manufacturing facility that works with some exceptional nutraceutical brands, some of which came to Redrose as start-up businesses, we know how important it is to be at the top of our game. This is why as well as continuing to invest in our machinery, we also invest heavily in the digital side of our business.
Every process within our facility falls in-line with our ISO-commended Enterprise Resource System. This fully integrated digital system allows us to do the following:
- Have full traceability of your products within our manufacturing process using batch numbers
- Efficiently plan ingredient allocation and ensure we have all of the correct ingredients on site to process your order in the best time possible
- Keep track and provide you updates with the progress of your order, down to the minute
As we continue to grow, it’s important that we invest more into the digital technologies which allow us to offer some of the best lead times and highest quality products within the industry. With this in mind, we are also currently developing a full online product builder which will be coming to our website in 2023.
