David Goodings
Managing Director
David looks after the day-to-day running and responsibilities of the business whilst forecasting and planning for the future. Working to continually enhance all areas of the business, he oversees all staffing, quality, running efficiencies and productivity.
Carole Anne Hickey
Finance Manager
Carole Anne is an integral part of the team and runs our day-to-day finances. From looking after supplier invoices and running our payroll each week, to taking payments and sending out remittance forms, Carole runs our finances and customer accounts seamlessly.
Nisha Shukla
Technical Sales Manager
Nisha has almost 10 years of international experience within the nutraceutical industry. Working to design formulations, liaise with customers, answer any technical enquiries and ensure that all of the technical elements are communicated with our production team, Nisha plays a critical role here at Redrose and uses her vast and extensive knowledge of ingredients to help customers develop their preferred formulations.
Louella Gerber
Quality Manager
Quality control and assurance is vital here at Redrose and Louella is a crucial part of that. Heading up our quality department, Louella works to implement new quality procedures throughout our manufacturing facility and oversees our numerous quality assurance areas.
Ralph Johnson
Stores Team Leader
Ralph is responsible for our warehouse team and works tirelessly with his team to efficiently manage all of our ingredients and other raw materials. He ensures that all products are dispatched correctly and also works directly with customers to make sure all of their products are smoothly dispatched to Amazon distribution centres and other fulfillment operations across the UK.
Inass Khalaf
Technical Manager
Inass plays a pivotal role in our company, overseeing tasks ranging from product development to customer support. She provides invaluable assistance in both new and existing product development, offering support for customer requests. Inass meticulously monitors regulatory requirements throughout the development process, ensuring compliance and upholding Redrose’s unwavering standards of excellence.
