Our 5-step process
We have the fastest lead time in the industry and to ensure we’re working as efficiently as possible for our customers, every product goes through the following five-step process:
1.Your call or e-mail
Your call or e-mail The first step is naturally to get in contact with us, speak to one of our specialist advisors about what you’re looking for and ask any questions you have. We’ll go through the off-the-shelf options we already have, ingredients that you may want to include, advise you on any upcoming trends and also talk you through packaging options and what we’ve seen work well with customers. If you’re happy with everything, we’ll then ask if you’d like a quote to be sent out to you.
2. The Quote
Within 48 hours a quote will be sent to your e-mail address, from there you can look over prices and all the options you’ve selected. If you want anything changed or have had any queries you’ll also be provided with the contact details of the member of staff who put your quote together so you can speak to them directly.
3. Manufacture
Once you’ve confirmed your order, the manufacturing team takes over. At this point, we should also be able to give you a rough calculation on when your products will be ready. From there, our team will work tirelessly to provide you with the highest quality end product.
4. Quality Check
Whilst many of our machines already have a quality checking function in-built, we also take samples of each batch created to be checked by a member of our team. We have a Five Star Food Hygiene Rating and work to strict GMP guidelines, to ensure the highest quality end product at all times.
5. Your product
Once your product is created and packaged, it’ll be sent to you to distribute or we can also arrange for this to be sent to a fulfilment centre on your behalf. We ship worldwide and also have experience working with the distribution centre’s for Amazon and other large global brands, so if you also need advice on logistics, please let us know.
