It remains our highest priority to get our customer’s nutraceutical products delivered on time. With this in mind, and to try to ensure that we get all products manufactured, complete and delivered before Christmas, we’re asking customers to place any order requirements before Friday the 20th of November.
We can’t guarantee that we can complete all orders before Christmas. However, our cut off date gives us some time to order any ingredients or other constituent parts required and also to plan your order into our production schedule. In the interests of fairness, we will plan all orders on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
Like many other factories, we’ll be taking a two week break over the festive period and will close on Friday the 18th of December and return on Monday the 4th of January.
If you’d like to place an order ready for the New Year, we’d also urge you to get in touch now. This means that you can be added to our schedule well in advance and we can ensure we have adequate stocks available to manufacture your products as soon as we return.
For any customers who are located outside of the UK, we’d also like to assure you that we are doing everything we can at Redrose to minimise the impact and implications of Brexit, and we are already working with our suppliers to ensure a smooth transition over the coming months.
