Redrose is delighted to announce that it has received its organic certification from the Biodynamic Association, allowing the company to now produce organically certified products for its customers.

Organic means that products avoid the use of man-made fertilisers, pesticides, growth regulators and livestock feed additives, instead favouring environmentally, socially and economically sustainable production.

David Goodings, Managing Director of Redrose Nutraceutical, said: “After a full factory audit from the Biodynamic Association, we were delighted to hear that they were very impressed with our production lines and handling of organic materials here at Redrose.

“As trends and the industry changes, it was crucial to us that we were able to support our customers in manufacturing organic products and meet the growing consumer demand within the health supplement industry.

“We’ve already had a lot of interest from existing customers and would urge companies to get in contact with us for more information.”

The certification is the latest in-line of a number of successes for Redrose. This year, the company has re-invested back into the factory with the purchase of new equipment, launched another production line and also was shortlisted in the North East Chamber of Commerce Awards for its commitment to customers.

David continued: “Although this year has been challenging for everyone, it’s important that we also look at the positives. Our products are in demand, our customers are happy and we are continually making further improvements in every department.

“We’d like to once again thank our staff, suppliers and customers for their support and dedication during this time. If anyone would like to know more about our organic certification or how to get started with nutraceutical products, please get in contact with us through the website.”
