Redrose Nutraceutical is delighted to announce that it has made further investments in enhancing its state-of-the-art production line.

The manufacturing specialist has invested £20k in two new tablet and capsule counting machines that will play a crucial part in the factory’s quality assurance processes.

Both machines use high-end technology to ensure that bottled products are filled with the correct number of tablets and capsules.

David Goodings, Managing Director at Redrose Nutraceutical, said: “We always strive to put out the highest-quality product and these two machines will allow us to do just that.

“Although we already have rigorous quality assurance processes for every customer order we manufacture, these machines will speed up this process and allow us to be even more efficient within production whilst being certain the counts dispensed in the bottles we manufacture are accurate.”

Redrose manufactures nutraceutical products for customers around the world and prides itself on efficiency, speed and the high quality of its end products.

David added: “Every investment we make within our factory is to benefit both our customers and the end user of our products. It’s so important that we are providing the highest quality service we possibly can at all times.

“We have continued to make significant investments every year during my six and a half years working for the business but there’s always room for improvement. As manufacturing technology advances, so should we.”

The company is currently celebrating its 25th anniversary with a series of different initiatives throughout the year to thank its customers, suppliers and staff.
